If you would like to visually compare the differences between 2 files, PDFTron’s Webviewer can achieve this by overlaying both files and generating a new file with the differences. You can also compare PDFs by using pixel-by-pixel comparison in which an output image will be generated from the differences.
PDFTron’s WebViewer uses PDFTron’s proprietary rendering engine, without reliance on open-source technologies and allows for more advanced capabilities like comparing files directly in the browser.
